Professional Experience

Paul Kalish has appraised commercial real estate since 2005. Since becoming a Certified General Appraiser with the State of Colorado in 2007, Mr. Kalish has appraised a variety of major commercial assets, including triple-net retail investments, vacant land, restaurants, industrial, medical and general office properties, while also acquiring the competency to appraise special use, multi-family, proposed developments, subdivisions, gas stations, daycare facilities, hotels, motels, and religious properties.

Currently actively pursuing his MAI designation as a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Kalish stresses the importance of continuing education to be successful in the appraisal business. Mr. Kalish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado and co-founded CoVal Partners, LLC in May 2014 with Ryan Ruddell.
